Have a dream or a goal? Never give up. I believe in working your hardest and doing your best to achieve your goals.
Lean Beans is a business I've started to aid in the prevention of childhood obesity. The child's happiness and quality of life are just as important as the child's nutritional diet and physical activity levels. My goal is to help children and their families gain the knowledge and skills to lead a happy lifestyle filled with physical activity and good nutrition.
I recently expanded Lean Beans to all ages with a focus on preteen/teenage girls and middle-aged women. Body image and self-confidence are important during this time of change for adolescents, and teaching them to feel good in their bodies by moving with a purpose and consuming a balanced diet can promote poise and a road to lifelong health. Another challenging time for females is middle-age. Preventing chronic disease and improving one’s health is key. Guiding women to control their weight, improving their health, and maintaining bone density, posture, and balance will help women continue to live their lives as they wish.
My personal hobby is road biking. I can't get enough of it! It is an invigorating adventure every time I head out on a ride. It is also a time to clear my head and reflect on myself - my day, my week, my goals, my life - all the while, I'm getting a great heart-healthy, endurance exercise in!
Biking is what gets me motivated and fulfills my needs. I want to help others find what will get them motivated or fill a void in order to meet social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs.

In addition, how we think, feel and what we believe impact nutritional metabolism and health. Nicole looks to support each client with coaching strategies and nutrition principles that are nourishing, doable, sustainable, and that yield results.
